A Denim Jacket is a closet essential in my book. There are so many ways to wear a Denim Jacket. I got some help from some of my fave bloggers on how you can wear this wardrobe staple.

What is it about a Denim Jacket?

If I had to choose my top items I wear year after year, in addition to a black Blazer, a Denim Jacket would be one of them. It makes it easy for me to wear a dress for the weekend or Fridays for work. Also, it’s not too thick so I do can some layering.

Alright, here are a few ways to style your Denim Jacket:

1. Pair it with a Dress

Throwing a Denim Jacket over a dress is an easy way to add some structure to an outfit. It can give you some coverage in addition to keeping you warm! I also like how it brings a casual feel to any look.

2. Yes to White Jeans

I haven’t done this combo in awhile. When I do, I always feel put together. White jeans bring a clean look when paired with a Denim Jacket.

3. Throw it Over Your Shoulders

A Denim Jacket worn over the shoulders is always so chic! I talked about this layering trick in a previous post, How I do Layering with Curves. I like to wear mine like this on the weekend.
