Looking good and feeling good shouldn’t be reserved for going out or special events. In my book, it should be something that is possible all the time. You just need the right items. Additionally, your budget shouldn’t be a barrier to looking and feeling good.
Having a cute outfit for the gym can give you that little boost you need when you are so not into it. Here are my tips for finding workout outfits:
Wear Colors that Feel Good
Although I do have a lot of gym clothes in black, I opt for color when I can. Wearing color can give you the little boost you need to get through your workout.

Being comfortable at the gym is key. I like to opt for high-waisted leggings like the ones in this post. I feel like this cut is flattering and provides me with the support I need. You may find that fitted items work better for you. I talked about this in another post here.
Buy Gym Outfits
One things I’ve noticed is that it’s way easier to get dressed for the gym when I have an outfit. In other words, buy matching items instead of random stuff. Having a full outfit will make you feel put together and make it easier to get ready.
