Clothes can make us feel good but, in order for that to happen, we got to invest time and energy in self-care first. Why? Because, as Anne Klein said: 
That means starting from the inside out. 

So with that in mind, I got in a morning run today. When I returned, my 5 year-old asks, “why do you run mommy”. Without hesitation, I replied, “because it makes mommy feel good”. 

As I have mentioned before, this is my way to reset and get clarity. And, this view is the reward at the end:
